The 4 bedroom Lodge is a 2260 square foot unit with open decks overlooking the ponds and creek. The Lodge now offers 3 queen beds, one full size bed and 3 twin beds on two levels at a nightly fee of $450. The lower(bottom) level has two bedrooms and full-size bathroom with shower. One queen size bed and one full size bed in the lower-level bedrooms. The main floor has two bedrooms (queen bed), a flex room (3 twin) and a full size bathroom with shower, sitting area, large fully equipped kitchen and two dining tables seating up to 11. This unit is available for 11 guests in total includes children in the count of guests. $120 cleaning fee + taxes Bonus 3rd level is available for additional price. The 3rd level (960 sq ft) can be opened up to allow for 4 more persons, an additional kitchen, dining, bathroom, living area and half bath. The Suite has a bedroom with a king size bed and a pull out couch, queen size in the living room. The 3rd level applied to the Lodge is $150 daily rental fee and additional $100 cleaning fee.
